⚡ Reliability
Best When
An agent needs to leverage network relationship data and warm path mapping to prioritize outreach or route opportunities in deal-flow or BD contexts.
Avoid When
Your use case is standard sales pipeline management without a need for relationship graph intelligence or network path analysis.
Use Cases
- • Querying relationship strength scores to prioritize warm introductions for agent-driven outreach
- • Enriching opportunity records with network path data to identify best introduction routes
- • Logging meeting and email interaction data to keep relationship timeline current
- • Building deal-flow automation that routes new opportunities based on team relationship scores
- • Extracting organization and person relationship graphs for network analysis in agent pipelines
Not For
- • Traditional sales CRM workflows where call logging, quoting, and pipeline forecasting are primary needs
- • High-volume transactional contact management at scale (Salesforce or HubSpot better)
- • Teams not in relationship-intensive industries like VC, PE, investment banking, or recruiting
Interface
Authentication
API key passed via HTTP Basic auth (empty username, key as password). Account-level key with no scope granularity. Keys managed from admin settings.
Pricing
Enterprise-tier pricing with annual contracts. Not self-serve — requires sales engagement. API access included on all plans.
Agent Metadata
Known Gotchas
- ⚠ Relationship strength scores are computed asynchronously from email/calendar data; agents reading scores immediately after data ingestion may see stale values
- ⚠ The 'path' (introduction route) feature requires the connected Google/Outlook account to have sufficient interaction data — cold accounts return empty paths
- ⚠ No official SDK; agents must build REST client from scratch against a relatively small but well-documented API surface
- ⚠ List fields (custom field arrays) use a different API structure than scalar fields; agents handling dynamic field types need to inspect field metadata first
- ⚠ Annual enterprise contracts required — no self-serve API access means agent prototypes cannot be tested without a sales process
